use less water and increase your daily intake of healthy drinks like juices, milk etc that helps you alot during pregnancy...especially for those who experience morning or evening sickness like me.
But you do know that you have to drink MORE water when you're pregnant?
I only drink milk when I have a constipation, cause I'm intolerant! So that is not healty for me.
I drank a lot of orangejucie this last pregnancy but I still had "the whole day"sickness through the whole pregnancy!
